We recently built and moved into our brand new location. With our office having over 200,000-square-feet of warehouse and office space, ICAN, Inc. was hired to install all of our Data and Phone lines as well as install and program a new state-of-the-art phone system. We had a very tight schedule and ICAN was able to have everything installed, programmed, and even had all of our employees trained ahead of schedule. When we requested changes to the phone system, they were there that day to make them.
Mark Childress and his team at ICAN have logged a lot of hours in our building. They have gone out of their way to make sure everything is running smoothly, and we are happy with their products and service. To give you an example, our phone system was just recently hit by lighting, and we were completely down. I made the call to Mark and he was there within an hour with a new switch. Within 4 hours of going down, our phones were back up and running. I feel confident in saying we would not have received this kind of exemplary service and professionalism from any other provider.
